Description:

The TexAire™ Wastewater Treatment System is an effective and reliable choice for treating household wastewater. It combines modern technology with simple operation, making it a strong option for homeowners who want consistent performance. The system is fully certified under NSF/ANSI Standard 40.

System Design:
• Pre-Treatment Chamber
• Aeration Chamber
• Clarifier Chamber (Quiet Zone)

How It Works:

Wastewater enters the pre-treatment chamber, where heavier solids and materials are held back to keep them from reaching the rest of the system. This step helps the treatment system operate more efficiently.

From there, the water flows into the aeration chamber, where it’s mixed and oxygenated by an air pump. The oxygen helps aerobic bacteria thrive and break down organic waste into stable materials. The brown color seen in this chamber comes from the returning sludge, which helps keep the treatment process working smoothly.

After aeration, the water moves into the clarifier chamber, where it becomes still, allowing solids to settle to the bottom as sludge. This sludge, full of helpful bacteria, is returned to the aeration chamber to keep the system active and effective. The cleaned water is then ready for safe discharge as required by local regulations.

The TexAire™ system provides dependable treatment for residential wastewater and helps protect the environment and public health.
